Our prices reflect the supplies used, the work that is done (consistently) and the value you want. All packages reflect the starting rate of each square footage block and the starting rate may increase depending on the condition of the home and work to be done. Starting rates are firm and are not for negotiation.

This is for our moving families! Whether you are moving out and need the house cleaned top to bottom or moving in and want a fresh start in your new home, this is the package for you! Note that the square footage of the house is always factored in as well as the condition of the house. This cleaning is typically done over a few days.
Whole House:
-Clean windows: glass, frame & sil
-Clean doors and frames
-Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures
-Sweep and remove cobwebs on porches
-Clean light switches & doorknobs
-Vacuum and mop all floors
-Wipe clean all baseboards
Kitchen:
-Clean interior & exterior cabinets
-Clean countertops & sink
-Clean interior & exterior of all appliances
Bathroom:

Eco-Friendly Home Services now offers carpet cleaning! Services start at $50/room for bedrooms and area rugs. Great rooms or finished basements/stairs will start at $100 and go up from there. These prices may increase depending on the condition of the carpet/rug. For current clients, please let us know 48 hours before your next cleaning if you would like this service in your next cleaning! Cleaning times start around 45 minutes and go up from there. If you would like to try out this service, give us a call!
**Please note that our carpet cleaner is a domestic style carpet cleaner and not industrial size or brand. Some stains may take a few cleanings before they come up, or may require industrial type cleaning.
